I’m Susan Farese, MSN, RN, and also a Veteran. I’m thrilled to bring my passion for people, communications, and service into my career as a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker in Rancho Bernardo.

Nursing taught me the value of trust, compassion, and listening—skills that I carry into every client relationship.

Since 1991 I have been an entrepreneur. I am the proud owner/president of SJF Communications. For more than 30 years, I’ve specialized in health care/nursing, public relations, marketing, writing, media, and consulting, helping people and organizations heal and/or tell their stories and shine. Now, I get to apply that same energy and creativity to real estate in marketing homes, negotiating for my clients, and making the process as smooth as possible.

I know firsthand how stressful moving can be. I’ve lived in 3 countries, 8 states, and moved with my family more times than I can count. That experience helps me relate to clients on a very personal level.

When I’m not helping people buy or sell homes, you’ll find me enjoying photography (especially hummingbirds, seahorses, benches, landscapes, people and shorebirds), gardening, writing, podcasting, or even performing as a character actor.

I’m married and a proud mom, and I truly believe a home is so much more than four walls. It’s where life happens, and I love being part of that journey.
